TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
DESIGN
- Made by polyamide braided rope dia 12 mm.
- The forked lanyard design enhances flexibility, allowing workers to move between multiple anchor points without needing to disconnect and reconnect, enabling work with minimum interruptions.
WEBBING
- Made of 44±1 mm wide polyester webbing with 23 KN breaking strength.
- Used in energy absorber.
STITCHING THREAD
- High-tenacity polyamide 9‑ply black thread.
METAL COMPONENTS
- Abrasion‑resistant zinc‑plated:
- 1 Karabiner
- 1 Energy Absorber
- 2 Scaffold hooks (manual operate locking system)
TEST COMPLIANCE
- Static Strength: 23 KN or 2345 KGF for 3 minutes at each attached element.
- Dynamic Strength: Free fall from 2 metres height with a 100 KG test dummy at each attached element.
- EA 300 controls fall force to less than 6 KN.
