Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or a call / email from our team with delivery details.
You can track your shipment through our logistics partner’s website.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery:

• Reshipping fees may apply

• Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping charges
